Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LaityOS ("the Service"), operated by M. P. S. Bilo (ABN: [TBD]) ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use LaityOS. Users under 18 require parental consent.

• Post offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spread misinformation or engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated systems (bots) without our permission
• Scrape, copy, or distribute content without authorization

Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content")
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service
• You are solely responsible for your User Content
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your content

Our Content

• All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by LaityOS
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission
• LaityOS, our logo, and trademarks are our property

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• Investigate suspected violations

Privacy and Data

Your use of LaityOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Free Trial

• We may offer a free trial period
• At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaityOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaityOS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We retain data according to our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State/Territory], Australia.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations
• If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
